- What’s included in the Freedom Plan?
The Freedom Plan includes full access to NEMT dispatch software, the admin mobile app, member tracking links, and dedicated booking portals for private pay and facility clients. It is designed for startups and smaller providers; it provides all essential tools for trip management and basic business hour support.
- What’s different about the Corporate Plan?
The Corporate Plan includes all Freedom features plus advanced broker billing support, full claim audits, and EDI 837 file processing for faster reimbursements. It also provides unlimited training sessions, pre-emptive no-show reduction calls, and a dedicated account manager with priority support for high-volume operations.
- Are there any limits on the number of drivers or vehicles I can add?
Both plans allow for unlimited drivers and vehicles with no extra charges as your fleet grows. Whether you are managing a small fleet or a large operation, you will never be charged extra for adding team members or vehicles to your account.
- Does the platform include real-time driver tracking?
Real-time driver tracking is an available add-on feature that provides live location data to your dispatch team and members. While members receive tracking links via text or web by default, the full dispatch tracking module is priced based on your monthly trip volume; this helps reduce no-shows and communication delays.
- Can I handle broker and insurance billing with this system?
Yes, broker and insurance billing, along with various reports, are included in both plans. If you need to generate CMS-1500 forms or submit EDI 837 files, the Corporate Plan is tailored to handle these billing needs efficiently and in compliance with industry standards.
- Do you offer route optimization and auto-scheduling?
We do. These features are fully included in the Corporate Plan, allowing you to automatically schedule and assign trips based on efficiency and geography. For Freedom Plan users, route optimization and auto-scheduling are available as an optional add-on.
